FAQ
Individual & Group Coaching
What is included in individual ADHD coaching and how can it help me?
ADHD coaching is a supportive process that helps women with ADHD manage daily challenges, reduce chaos and improve calm, and build strategies for success. Through personalized coaching, you’ll develop holistic strategies to manage distractions, cultivate focus, and nurture your mental, emotional, and physical well-being for lasting balance and empowerment.
How does ADHD coaching for women differ from general coaching?
ADHD can manifest in unique ways for women, with challenges such as inattention, emotional struggles, and the influence of hormonal changes. Neurodiversity-informed coaching helps women tackle these unique challenges. Whether you're running a business, managing a home, building a career, or living more aligned with your values, ADHD coaching gives you the support to boost both your mental and physical well-being.
What’s the difference between group coaching and individual coaching?
Group coaching offers a shared space for learning, support, and accountability with other women, while individual coaching is a one-on-one, deeply personalized approach to address your specific ADHD challenges.
What can I expect in a group coaching session?
Group coaching sessions are designed to provide support, motivation, and shared learning in a community of women who are navigating similar challenges.
Can I combine both coaching types (group and individual)?
Absolutely- many clients find that combining individual coaching with group coaching helps them receive tailored support while also benefiting from the community and shared experiences of group sessions.
